Project Pricing Service

At PFL we offer a complete project pricing service to help customers from tender stage to handover. With decades of experience and knowledge, our commercial sales and project pricing teams are always on hand to answer any questions you may have before, during, or after your project. Here's a simple breakdown of how the process normally works:

  • Tender documents such as BOQs & architects' specifications are emailed through to our commercial sales or project pricing teams.
  • The documents will be reviewed and relevant products will be priced or alternatives offered where required.
  • A quotation will be sent to the customer.
  • During the period between quotation and order, our project pricing team will be available to answer any questions, provide specification and usage information, or to amend the quotation if needed.
  • Order is placed via the commercial sales team and delivered onsite when desired by the PFL logistics team.
  • Post-installation product support is available for the life of the product via our Technical Manager.
